We are combining our experiences to drive the mission of AI adoption at enterprises, bringing in unprecedented productivity improvement, enabling team members to focus on high-value tasks, as well as enabling exceptional customer experiences.

Sirish Kosaraju
Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder
Sirish is responsible for overall strategy and vision at Wizr. Sirish is a strong believer in the power of AI to bring extra-ordinary productivity to enterprises, driving human creativity and significantly improving customer experiences.
Prior to this, Sirish co-founded RapidValue Solutions, a leading digital product engineering firm, later raising venture funding from Helion Ventures, to build a 600+ people global firm. RapidValue got acquired by Aspire Systems, a leading digital services player with 4000+ people employees world-wide.
Sirish brings over 20 years of experience with IT services, consulting and building world class sales and product organizations.
Sirish holds a Bachelors in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, and an MBA from IIM Calcutta.
Rajesh Padinjaremadam
Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder
Rajesh is a visionary entrepreneur and investor. At Wizr, Rajesh is responsible for GTM and operations. Rajesh brings deep product, technology and GTM expertise, and has driven technology transformation for several Fortune 500 firms and some of the marquee bay area firms like Meta, Linkedin, eBay etc.
Prior to Wizr, Rajesh co-founded RapidValue, a leading digital technology services and solutions firm, boot-strapping and later raising venture funding from Helion Ventures, to build a 600+ people firm with global operations, and sold the firm successfully to Aspire Systems, a leading technology services firm.
Prior to founding RapidValue, Rajesh worked with Deloitte Consulting in the bay area, helping large enterprises adopt technology.
Rajesh has an engineering degree from IIT Madras and MBA from IIM Calcutta.

Craig Wigginton
Advisory Board Member - Product
Craig Wigginton is an advisory board member of Wizr, advising on product strategy, bringing in the enterprise CIO perspective.
Craig is the Chief Information Officer at Gifted Healthcare. He brings more than 25 years of product development experience, with the majority of that focused on improving healthcare delivery to vulnerable populations and driving efficiency in patient care.
Before Gifted, Craig led product and technology as the CTO at Icario Health, Altruista Health (acquired by HealthEdge), Datatrak, Health Integrated (acquired by EXL), and Neoforma (acquired by GHX).
Before focusing his career on improving healthcare delivery, Craig was a founding engineer for Pharos Technologies. He built large-scale solutions at several telecommunications companies, including Centillion Data Systems and AT&T.
Craig earned his bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Northeastern University.
Rinish Nalini
Advisory Board Member – Technology
Rinish Nalini is an advisory board member of Wizr, advising on technology strategy, helping build a an enterprise grade AI platform.
Rinish is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ThoughtMinds, a software services firm enabling enterprises adapt Generative AI technologies.
Prior to ThoughtMinds, Rinish was a co-founder and CTO at RapidValue, a leading digital technology services and solutions firm, boot-strapping and later raising venture funding from Helion Ventures, to build a 600+ people firm with global operations, and sold the firm successfully to Aspire Systems, a leading technology services firm. Rinish advised a number of CIOs and CTOs of large Fortune 500 firms and marquee bay area product firms with their technology and product strategy.
Prior to this, Rinish worked at leading firms like Arbitron, Wipro and Oracle in multiple product engineering roles.
Rinish holds a Bachelors in Computer Science and Engineering.
